Shipping

We ship to every governorate across Egypt.

• Free shipping on all orders over 3000 EGP.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) available nationwide — pay when your order arrives.
• Delivery time: typically 2–5 business days depending on your location. Cairo and Giza are usually faster.
• You'll receive your order details once it's confirmed. For COD orders, our team may contact you to confirm before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If your size or color is out of stock, we'll arrange a refund or store credit.
